Pimiento cheese is an all-time favorite. We like to add a little bit of spice and green olives in this variation. Need it even spicier? Sub in chopped pickled jalapeños instead of green olives. It’s delicious on a plain-old sandwich, a bagel, a croissant, crackers or baguette. Just grab your favorite carb-of-choice and spread it on! You could also serve with crunchy carrot and celery sticks or add to your favorite cheese board. Enjoy!
