- 1 sheet, European Puff Pastry (thawed)
- 1 (18-ounce) Brie cheese round
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. water
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet, lightly roll the dough.
- Place the brie in the center. Fold the pastry up and around the cheese to cover. Press to seal.
- Beat the egg and water in a small bowl.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with the egg mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve with sliced apples (we use Granny Smith), honey and table water or lavash crackers.
