- 6 avocados, sliced and scooped from rind
- One half red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1–2 jalapeñoes, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, washed
- 2–3 limes
Instructions
- Finely chop onion and squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Score and scoop out avocado, leaving slightly chunky.
- Cut up all remaining ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together
- Add salt and cracked pepper to taste.
- Serve with chips
