This new simple drink recipe just happened. It’s Friday. I had fresh pineapple in the fridge that needed to be used. Two small bottles of prosecco were in the pantry screaming “TGIF!!!!!!” Voila: Pineapple Prosecco Porch Drinks. It’s honestly so simple it hardly needs a recipe, but here goes: Muddle fresh pineapple, add prosecco and simple syrup to taste. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a sunny yellow straw. They are so fresh and delicious. Just add sunshine! This would be FABULOUS for a spring party on the porch. Next time we may even throw in some raspberries or fresh mint. YUM!
